2. The movement components that are important for the Universal Vertical Lathe’s functions are purchased from renowned, internationally operating suppliers. Only bearings, motion spindles, electronics, hydraulics and pneumatics from brand manufacturers are used! Also all further components of the Universal Vertical Lathe, for the completion of the individual building groups, are used only by point manufacturers.
3. Advance modular Design of Universal Vertical Lathe based on FEM. Integrated mechanical, electrical and hydraulic techniques, Guarantee excellent machining performance.
4. High grade casting from own foundry. Good heat treatment process. Hardened guideway(above HRC40). Perfect long lifetime and stable accuracy.
5. PLC control made by OMRON Japan. Fine layout and cabling in cabinet. special careful selected components for super reliability.
6. 2 axis DRO and scales is standard.
7. 16 steps speeds change by electronic valve controller, easily, sensitively and reliably.
8. Fine grounded gears in the gearbox to ensure high precision, low noise and long life.
Advantage:
Our company adopts the international advanced resin sand casting process. The castings of CNC Vertical Lathe Machine are made of HT300 and HT250 and then tempered twice. The castings are tempered once before processing. The castings are subjected to secondary tempering after rough machining. The tempering is tempered to the greatest extent in the tempering kiln. Reduce the internal stress of the casting, and perform vibration aging before finishing to prevent the casting from deforming, thereby improving the accuracy of the machine tool.
