Introduction:
The Vertical Turret Lathe is a compact, high precision, heavy duty machine. The rigid vertical column and base are quality castings, heavily ribbed for reduced thermal distortion and vibration dampening. It is designed for turning of small or medium size workpieces. The X and Z axis linear roller guideways are completely enclosed and a forced lubrication system assures high precision. The high-speed linear way system enables rapid traverse rates and precision feeding traverse. The precision high class ballscrews are driven directly by the servo motors, eliminating belts or gears for high precision.
Technical Introduction:
1.Vertical Turret Lathe is suitable for the industries of mechanical processing, can be used for inside and outside the cylinder, cone surface and face, cutting, cutting, etc. Of coarse and fine turning processing.
2.Worktable using hydrostatic guideway, main shaft adopt high precision NN30 type (D) double row cylindrical roller bearing, thus workbench large carrying capacity, high rotary precision.
3.Machine is made of high qualified epc process, high quality, the annealing aging treatment, appearance beautiful, durable, good agreeableness, convenient operation and maintenance.
4. PTFE guide rail wear-resistant soft strip with a small friction coefficient was pasted on the contact surface of beam and column, greatly extended the life of the machine. The cross beam can move along the Z axis on the column guide rail.
5. The structure of whole working table is hot symmetrical, main gear shifting mechanism was fixed on the base of working table and the bed of lathe. Table radial centering by high-precision double-line short cylindrical roller bearing, to ensure the accuracy of rotation and improve the carrying capacity of the lathe.
