Feature of CK series Vertical Turning Lathes
1. This series of Vertical Turning Lathes is effective ones by adding a CNC system to the common vertical lathe, which can meet customers' requirements of processing complex surfaces, taper, and thread.
2. Same spindle, high efficiency, high precision, high carrying, and free maintenance.
3. X and Z axis use big-diameter ball screws. The two screws are both used P4 supporting bearing and used pre-stretch technology. The Zaxis motor bracket and rotary base are designed with ultra-high rigidity.
4. Users can choose the FANUC/Siemens/GSK CNC system.
5. Equipped with electronic handwheel, quantitative lubrication pump, electric cabinet's air conditioners and a whole set of Schneider electrical equipment.
6. Users can choose square RAM, the manual five-station turret of Yantai Global electric four/five station turret, and BT50 inside RAM.
7. The main drive can choose a mechanical 16-step speed or AC frequency 4-step speed.
8. The spindle can be equipped with an encoder to realize the function of thread turning.
