Feature:
This kind of Vertical Turret Lathes is used for high speed steel tools working on ferrous metal, nonferrous metals and part of non-metallic materials, and turning inside and outside cylinder and plane, corn surface and grooving.
Structure:
1. The Vertical Turret Lathesmain drive startup directly by the main motor, and energy consumption braking.
2. The control panel owns the speeding changing button to change the worktable speed, and press the button can change the speed.
3. There are double row cylindrical roller bearings up and down the worktable spindle, which have taper can adjust the radial clearance to make sure the machine owns high precision and stability under high speed.
4. The worktable guideway and the main drive structure are lubricated by the pressure oil.
5. Feeding box owns the electromagnetic valve of the clutch, so the button can achieve the fast move and direction selection.
6. Feed box is equipped with double speed motor drive head feeding, and realize the fast moving through the fast move motor.
7. The positive and negative direction of the feeding direction are controlled by the motor.
8. The balance between Vertical toolpost and side toolpost is hydraulic balanced oil gun to make sure up movement force closed with down movement force.
