AFTER-SALES SERVICE

Acceptance

The acceptance work of the machine tool is divided into pre-acceptance and final acceptance.
 Machine tool pre-acceptance refers to the acceptance of the appearance, performance, geometric accuracy, coordinate accuracy, working accuracy (cutting specimens) and other aspects of the machine tool in the manufacturer.
 The final acceptance of the machine tool refers to the final acceptance work after the installation and commissioning of the machine tool buyer on site. The final acceptance criteria shall be accepted according to the geometric accuracy and coordinate accuracy in the "Technical Agreement" and ‘Test Report’

Installation

 The Seller is responsible for providing the foundation drawing and appearance drawing of the machine tool within one month after the effective date of the contract,
 Before the machine tool arrives at the destination of use, the buyer shall complete the first watering of the foundation (machine tool installation foundation)
 After the machine tool arrives at the destination, Buyer is responsible for lifting, unloading and storing the product (to avoid loss and rain erosion, etc.).
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 

Warranty Period

 In the warranty period
If some parts need to be replaced due to the quality of product, the company is responsible for free replacement, if it is not due to product quality of the machine or need company send a technician to fix the machine, the appropriate fees should be collected. Our company will assistant customer to get the machine run well answer all question from customers on line. For simple operation issue, through email/whatsapp/video/phone call deal with directly For difficult issue, invite engineer to help you repair or debugging onsite.
 Out of warranty period:
Customer just pay cost of parts with reasonable and lower price.

Training

 Training in Manufacturer workshops (for free)
 Training in buyers company (for charge,normally two or three days needed )
 
 
 

Troubleshooting

Before delivery: Special QC department check carefully ensure all is qualified with high quality Through see customer actual photos or video, using discussed group or email or video meeting or phone call give solutions immediately Dispatch engineer go to customer workshops onsite.
