Feature
1. The conventional single column vertical lathe is a compact, high precision, heavy duty machine. The rigid vertical column and base are quality castings, heavily ribbed for reduced thermal distortion and vibration dampening. It is designed for turning of small or medium size workpieces. 2. The X and Z axis guideways are completely enclosed and a forced lubrication system assures high precision. The Ballscrew driving system enables rapid traverse rates and precision feeding traverse. The precision high class ballscrews are driven directly by the servo motors, eliminating belts or gears for high precision. 3. The X & Z axis can be working with the DRO system, operator can easily set the tools and work more easier way to finish the machining. The Conventional Single Column Turning Lathes can be modified to be 2-axis CNC control if you need it in future. Automatic lubrication system is standard for this machine.
4. The Conventional Single Column Turning Lathes is suitable for rough or fine machining of auto, bearing, wind power, motor and water pump etc. 5. The base and column use one-piece high quality castings. 6. X&Z are using brand linear guideway. Main transmission is driven by frequency or servo motor, simple structure and high transmission efficiency. 7. Servo motor and gearbox directly drive the Ballscrew for X&Z axis feeding. It can reach high accuracy and fast moving. 8. Full cover is your optional together with chip conveyor and coolant system. Handheld Unit.
Advantage:
Our company adopts the international advanced resin sand casting process. The castings of CNC Vertical Lathe Machine are made of HT300 and HT250 and then tempered twice. The castings are tempered once before processing. The castings are subjected to secondary tempering after rough machining. The tempering is tempered to the greatest extent in the tempering kiln. Reduce the internal stress of the casting, and perform vibration aging before finishing to prevent the casting from deforming, thereby improving the accuracy of the machine tool.
