The Convntional Single Column Vertical Lathe is a super rigid machine with big machining capacities, stable and rigid structure and high machining efficiency.The machine is equipped with one vertical tool head and can be equipped with high precision digital readout system (DRO). AC inverter motor is used to achieve speed change.

Beam in front of columns, make the beams on the columns for vertical movement, have lifting box in the upper portion of the columns, driven by AC motor, by worm pair and screw making beams along the column guide rail for lifting. The big adopt high strength, low stress cast iron HT250 material, after aging treatment, eliminating stress to ensure the accuracy of machine tools, have enough resistance to stress and rigidity.
6. Vertical Tool Rest composed of beam slide, rotary seat, square RAM and hydraulic mechanism. Adopt T-Type RAM, material for HT250, after tempering treatment, guide rail surface hardening treatment, after rough machining and fine grinding with high precision guide rail grinding machine, with high accuracy, good stability, deformation characteristics, precision ram pressure plate adopts closed clamp, increase the stability of its structure, RAM are quick function, mobile head ram with hydraulic balance device, to balance the slippery pillow part weight, make the ram to the smooth movement.
