Feature of C series Conventional VTL Lathe Machine
[1] Multifunctional vertical lathe with large turning capacity, stable and rigid construction and high machining efficiency for rough or fine turning on internal or external cylindrical surfaces, taper surfaces, end surfaces, grooving, boring, drilling and reaming etc.;
[2] Hydrostatic zinc alloy guide ways inlaid on the worktable features low friction between moving parts and high load capacity for the worktable. The spindle in the worktable is carried by a double row cylindrical roller bearing with high-precision tolerance class P5 and a tapered bore to eliminate effectively the radial clearance between the spindle and the table plate and ensure the spindle to rotate precisely for achieving high precision and stable machining at a high speed;
[3] Main bodies of the lathes are made of high rigidity resin castings processed with thermal stress relief aging treatment. Small cast iron bodies are hardened at a high temperature. All the steel parts are thermal refined to ensure a long and dependable service life for the lathe;
[4] All gears in the gearbox are made of chrome alloy steel and have been hardened and ground for a high-precision transmission and low operation noise. Electrics are controlled by OMRON / LS brand PLC;
[4] Plastic coated guide ways ensure high wear resistance;
[5] High-precision digital readout (DRO) system is equipped with the lathe.

[7] One set of model VL1250 vertical turret lathe is usually divided into four pieces of plywood cases for easy and convenient shipment on ocean, railways and roads. These packages have accesses for forklift trucks and cranes to load or unload them safely and conveniently;
[8] This lathe is fully ready for operation when you receive it. What you need to do is just to wire it to the power supply, fill in lubricant and get prepared all the necessary measuring tools. However you can request us to dispatch a technician to help installation based on a cost being borne by your site

Our company adopts the international advanced resin sand casting process. The castings of CNC Vertical Lathe Machine are made of HT300 and HT250 and then tempered twice. The castings are tempered once before processing. The castings are subjected to secondary tempering after rough machining. The tempering is tempered to the greatest extent in the tempering kiln. Reduce the internal stress of the casting, and perform vibration aging before finishing to prevent the casting from deforming, thereby improving the accuracy of the machine tool.
