Product Description

Introduction

1. The Conventional Single Column Vertical Turning Lathe are especially suited for machining engine and turbine components, which are primarily used in the turning industry as well as for alternative and classical power generation.

2. Precision can reach level 6.Thereby reduce the vibration and noise of machine tools, improved efficiency and reliability.

3. Bed, as an overall structure, is made of high-strength, low-stress iron casting, adopt effective anti-vibration measures.

4. The beam is made of high-strength and low-stress cast iron with sufficient rigidity and strength to ensure the accuracy of the Conventional Single Column Vertical Turning Lathe.

5. There are 4 hydraulic clamping points behind the beam. The clamping mechanism is interlocked with the beam lifting motor and lubrication. Conventional Single Column Vertical Turning Lathe is controlled by the beam lifting button to ensure the working stability of the beam.
