External Surface Turning Vertical Lathe is suitable for high-speed steel, hard alloy cutlery, and ceramic cutlery, which can make rough and accurate turning for external cylindrical surfaces, internal and external conical surfaces, screw thread, circular arc surfaces, and complex curved surfaces for black metal, colored metal, and some nonmetal part.
1. Gear made of 40 Cr through High-frequency Quenching treatment, the Hardness reaches HRC40-45， gear grinder， Precision can reach level 6. Thereby reducing the vibration and noise of machine tools, and improving efficiency and reliability.
2. Acceptance： Before the device shipment， the seller arranged for the buyer to conduct pre-acceptance and technical training in the scene of device manufacture.
3. The supplier of the above-mentioned machine tool accessory parts is allowed to change the manufacturer due to technological improvement of individual parts, but the quality after replacement is never lower than the quality standard of the original part.
