Feature of Double Coumn CNC Vertical Turning And Milling Machines
I, worktable is mated with constant current and static pressure guide way which has high efficiency and long service life.
2.spindle adopt short spindle structure, the positioning bearing of the spindle adopt high accuracy double row roller bearings.
3. main motion is driven by A.C servo motor, which has two mechnical stepless speed.
4.tool post adopt high rigidity rectangle slide ram mated with single tool holder.
5.worktable is mated with ATC and Magazine
6.the machine can be mated with coolant system, automatic chip conveyer and whole closed cover.
7.tool post is controled by FANUC, SIEMENS CNC system, hand touched LCD screen and manul pulse.
8. CNC type can mated with grating ruler.
9.the tool post can be mated with milling head or grinding head, so that realize multi-function.
10. cross girder and the guide way of vertical column are hardened and ground.
Adavantage:
Our company adopts the international advanced resin sand casting process. The castings are made of HT300 and HT250 and then tempered twice. The castings are tempered once before processing. The castings are subjected to secondary tempering after rough machining. The tempering is tempered to the greatest extent in the tempering kiln. Reduce the internal stress of the casting, and perform vibration aging before finishing to prevent the casting from deforming, thereby improving the accuracy of the machine tool.

1. Machine tool equipment factory warranty for 15 months or 12 months from the date of acceptance, which is subject to prior to the date of. We can also extend the maintenance period per customer's special requests to 2 or 3 years.
