Application of C axis Vertical lathe
This C axis CNC Vertical lathe Machine is suitable for high-speed steel, cemented carbide and ceramic tools. It can rough and finish parts made of various ferrous metals, non-ferrous metals and some non-metallic materials. It can complete turning inner and outer cylindrical surfaces, inner and outer conical surfaces, end faces, and cutting Processes such as grooves, metric and inch threads and revolving surfaces.
(1) Milling, boring, drilling, tapping functions
(2) It can complete the p, rocess of drilling, tapping, boring, milling plane and outer circular plane, boring holes with small depth, and milling inner and outer cylindrical surfaces and key grooves on the end surface of the part.

The worktable has circular milling feed function during milling, and the worktable has indexing function when drilling, tapping and boring at any position.

Feature of C axis Vertical lathe
(1) Vertical lathe uses a high-precision built-in spindle;
(2) Freely movable operation panel improves work efficiency;
(3) The horizontal and vertical movements are driven by AC servo motors, which are driven by gears and lead screws to realize the horizontal and vertical movement of the tool post.
Inside the ram is a boring and milling spindle, which is driven by a FANUC AC spindle motor. The spindle rotates through gear reduction. The front end of the milling spindle is equipped with an BT50 taper hole for installing tools. It uses disc springs and hydraulic methods to tighten and loosen the tools.
(4). The C-axis of the worktable is used for milling feed and boring indexing. It is driven by an AC servo motor, and the speed range of the C-axis is realized through a fixed-ratio speed reduction transmission pair. The end of the C-axis transmission chain adopts a double gear meshing structure with a large gear ring. The helical gear is pushed by the oil cylinder on the III shaft through the hydraulic system, and one of the two transmission chains meshing with the large gear ring produces relative rotation and causes the gear ring to rotate. The two pairs of pinion gears meshing with the ring gear form opposite tooth surface contact, eliminating the gap in the transmission chain.
(5). The hydraulic system of this machine consists of the main drive speed change system, the vertical tool post hydraulic balance system, the beam clamping and loosening system, the main drive lubrication system and the worktable hydrostatic pressure guideway system.
(6) This the vertical lathe is equipped with a suspension control station. The control table is equipped with all the operation keys of the the vertical lathe. To facilitate the operation of the operator, the tool post is equipped with a portable handheld operation unit. There are commonly used operation keys of the tool post, which can manually operate any action required, and is equipped with Interlock buttons between the control station and the handheld operating unit.
(7) The turning main drive and variable speed mechanism are driven by a set of vertical DC main motor, the main motor is directly connected to the main transmission box, and the two-stage (i=1 and i=4) vertical shaft mechanism variable speed drive is used to achieve the required speed range during turning . The DC speed control system adopts American Parker.
