1. Vertical Turning Lathe Machine with C axis is suitable of the ferrous, nonferrous metal and some kinds of non-metal materials with hard alloy, high capacity and high speed steel tools.
2. The Double Column Vertical Turning Lathe Machine is a super rigid lathe with big machining capacities, stable structure and high machining efficiency.
3.The Vertical Turning Lathe Machine is equipped with one vertical tool head with one ram.
4. Main bodies of the lathes are made of high rigid resin castings with thermal stress relief aging treatment. Small cast iron bodies are hardened with high temperature. All the steel parts are thermal refined.
5. Lathe Structure
The vertcal turning lathe machine is adopted for driving the table through gear box. 16 speeds are achieved on the table. Double row cylindrical roller bearing is equipped under the table. The cone inner ring of the bearing can eliminate the radial clearance effectively for high precision and stable machining at high speed.
Structure
1. Machine tool: The main parts of the machine tool ( lathebed, base, workbench, beam, vertical slide rest, side tool box, feed box, main drive gear box) are made of high-strength cast iron, casted by resin sand technology.
2. Main drive: The rotation of workbench is drove by main electrical machine, gear slowing down and electromagnet speed changing system to implement speed regulation.
3. Vertical slide and feed mechanism of the vertical slide: The material quality of RAM is HT250. Its mechanical character is very good.
4. Workbench base structure: Workbench adopts long spindle structure. Radial direction adopts high-precision double row cylindrical roller bearings centering.
5. Beam: Beam clamps and loosens by a drift. The clamp is implemented by hydraulic pressure.
6. The hydraulic pressure system: The main control originals of the hydraulic pressure system come from the products of famous manufactures at home and abroad. The performance is reliable.
7. Lubrication of machine tool: The machine tool will offer oil automatically to lubricate the beam and the movement parts concentratedly at specified time.
8. Machine tool protection: The movement parts of the machine tool have a full range of security chain and interlock.
9. Electrical apparatus control system:
