1. The machine consists of double column, worktable, table base, main transmission box, C-axis indexing box, cross beam, vertical tool post, chip conveyor, cooling device, CNC system, hydraulic system and other main parts composition
2. The gantry frame are composed by the left and right column, connection beam and workable,etc. Adopt cast iron material ensure machine rigidity and accuracy.
3. Composed by worktable base, worktable surface,spindle parts and drive system,etc.
4. The spindle of the worktable adopt short spindle structure, and the spindle is equipped with high-precision double row short cylindrical roller bearings to ensure the radial runout of the worktable.
5. The worktable C axis used for milling feeding and boring indexing, driven by Siemens AC Servo motor. The end of the C-axis transmission chain adopts a double gear meshing structure with a large gear ring.
Adavantage of Double Column CNC Turning Milling Lathes Machine
Our company adopts the international advanced resin sand casting process. The castings are made of HT300 and HT250 and then tempered twice. The castings are tempered once before processing. The castings are subjected to secondary tempering after rough machining. The tempering is tempered to the greatest extent in the tempering kiln. Reduce the internal stress of the casting, and perform vibration aging before finishing to prevent the casting from deforming, thereby improving the accuracy of the machine tool.
