Heavy Duty High Speed Vertical Machining Centers are designed with high rigidity and high precision for heavy workpieces. The X,Z, C box ways are hardened and precision grounded for maximum repeat ability. Our box way series can accommodate for heavier weight and milling capacity. The heavy duty box way VMC series combines proven machine design with advance technology in control and manufacturing. Reliability and performance make this series a favorite among demanding job shops and in-house productions alike. Vertical machining centers with linear guide ways are also available.
The hydraulic device of the static pressure guideway oil of the worktable and the lubricating oil of the transmission parts is equipped with an oil temperature control device to ensure a small oil temperature rise and thermal deformation of the worktable.
The worktable is equipped with an encoder to realize closed-loop control. Realize the feed rate per revolution, thread and constant speed cutting and table indexing.
The worktable adopts a fixed-spindle-type short-spindle structure. A set of high-precision (P5) double-row short cylindrical roller bearings is installed on the spindle. The inner hole has a 1:12 taper hole. The radial clearance is adjusted to ensure The radial of the worktable has high precision and long service life.
