1.Product Introduction of Vertical Lathe with C axis for Drilling and Milling
(1)Besides the general function of common Vertical Turning Milling Machine, CXK52 series machine has both function of turning and milling, CXK52 series machine has 3 simultaneously controlled axes. It can finish drilling, milling and turning at single set up.
(2)The movement of railhead and ram is driven by ball screw nut pair, the guide way adopts”pump per pocket” type closed hydrostatic guideway with constant flow
(3)The railhead moves on the crossrail with load relief beam to bear the weight of railhead and reduce the deformation of crossrail guideway, in order to keep moving accuracy of rail head.
2. Advantages:
