Introduction of Vertical Turning And Milling Machine
This Vertical Turning And Milling Machine has one spindle (milling spindle) and three feed axes, X, Z, and C. It is a multi-functional and high-efficiency CNC double-column vertical turning-milling compound machine tool with three-axis linkage.
The machine tool consists of gantry, worktable, worktable base, main transmission box, C-axis indexing box, beam, vertical tool rest, numerical control system, hydraulic system, protection system, detection system and other main parts.
Feature:
1) Gantry
The gantry frame is composed of left column, right column, connecting beam, worktable, etc. The gantry frame is connected with the foundation to form a closed symmetrical frame
2) Beam
The beam is placed in front of the column, driven by a double-shaft AC motor, and driven by gears, worm gears, and screw pairs to make the beam move vertically on the column.
3) Worktable
The worktable consists of a worktable, a worktable base, a Spindle component and a transmission mechanism.
4) The worktable is equipped with an encoder to realize closed-loop control. Realize feed per revolution, thread and constant speed cutting and table indexing.
5) The worktable is provided with a locking device to facilitate milling; the worktable has the functions of arbitrary indexing and accurate stop.
6) The C-axis of the worktable is used for milling feed and boring indexing. It is driven by an AC servo motor, and the speed range of the C-axis is realized through a fixed-ratio speed reduction transmission pair.
7) Main transmission mechanism
The turning main drive and speed change mechanism are driven by a set of vertical DC main motors, the main motor is directly connected to the main transmission box, and is driven by a two-stage (i=1 and i=4) vertical shaft mechanism to achieve the speed range required for turning. The DC speed control system adopts the American Parker.
