This line mainly produce the film from HDPE resin,the machine is widely applied to produce the rubbish bag, packaging bags for food,clothing, vest bags and industrial packaging, etc.
Features of Plastic Bag Blown Film Extrusions
1: The line adopts the profession HDPE screw and barrel and the HDPE die head comes from Taiwan,the output is much higher,the plasticizing is better,stiffness excellent;
2: the screw and barrel are made of quality alloy steel that have been nitrized and processed in a precision way, then spray the alloy powder again,hence it is sound in hardness,durable in corrosion resistance,the service life will be longer;
3: If producing rubbish bag,when the tube film width less than 700mm, mainly adopt single layer with Φ45mm or Φ50mm extruder and ABA type extruder,and can be with the gusset device and eight-fold device.
4: If producing rubbish bag,when the tube film width more than 700mm, mainly adopt ABA type with Φ55mm×2 extruder and can be with the gusset device
