Feature of C series Conventional Vertical Turning Lathe

1. This C series Conventional Vertical Turning Lathe is apply to machining. Rough and finish machining of inside&outside cylindrical surface, circular conical surface end face.

2. Worktable main spindle adopts high precision and adjustable radial clearance biserial short cylindrical roller bearing to centering. Axial direction adopts CC hydrostatic guideway , worktable have the features of high running accuracy ,big bearing capacity, small thermal deformation

4. The Conventional Vertical Turning Lathe main spindle drive is drive by well known brand AC motor, 16 steps main spindle speed change mechanism to achieve the worktable range of speed

5. Vertical column, cross beam guideway all use high-frequency quenching

Advantage:

Our company adopts the international advanced resin sand casting process. The castings of CNC Vertical Lathe Machine are made of HT300 and HT250 and then tempered twice. The castings are tempered once before processing. The castings are subjected to secondary tempering after rough machining. The tempering is tempered to the greatest extent in the tempering kiln. Reduce the internal stress of the casting, and perform vibration aging before finishing to prevent the casting from deforming, thereby improving the accuracy of the machine tool.
