Introduction
1. Our High- grade Vertical Lathe Axis are especially designed for rapid and simultaneously turning of the components. Vertical lathe machine is worthy for turning heavy cylindrical and taper faces, boring, grooving and cutting threads also including taper threads. The series of vertical Lathe is self supporting and the rotating parts are encased in an enclosed Oil- proof housing. Different series has different capacity of cutting needs of Work peice.
2. Apart from that Vertical Lathe Axis is easy to operate. Moreover it has an extra safety features such as complete splash guard, protection door and warning lights etc. We have different product lines in our business which includes Special Vertical Turning Lathes, deep hole drilling and fixturing.
3. It is helpful for handling of large and short work piece which is the inclusion of the turret, which is an indexable tool holder that allows multiple cutting behaviour to be performed, each with a different cutting tool, in easy, rapid succession, with no need for the operator to perform set-up tasks in between, such as installing or uninstalling tools, nor to control the tool path.
4. The latter of the Vertical Lathe Axis is due to the tool path's being superintend by the machine, either in -like fashion, via the mechanical limits placed on it by the turret's slide and stops, or via electronically directed servo mechanisms for computer numerical control lathes.

1. This Vertical Lathe apply to machining. Rough and finish machining of inside&outside cylindrical surface, circular conical surface end face.
2. Pedestal, worktable, lathe body and crossbeam castings are use gray cast iron by tempering, relieving of internal stress and non-deformation, so they are high strength, fine wear-resisting property.
3. The vertical tool post have two form, spuare ram and manual pentagon turrets. Side tool post is equipped with square turrets, two tool posts all use hydraulic balance
4. The Vertical Lathe main spindle drive is drive by AC motor, 16 steps main spindle speed change mechanism to achieve the worktable range of speed
5. Vertical column, cross beam guideway all use high-frequency quenching,
and quenching hardness is HRC48-55
6. Gear case is to use 40 Cr gear of gear grinding. It has high precision and little noise. Both hydraulic part and electrical equipment are used famous-brand products in China.
8. Plastic coated guide ways are wearable.Centralized lubricating oil supplying is convenient.
9. Foundry technique of lathe is to use lost foam foundry (short for LFF) technique. Cast part has good quality.
