1. The beam guide and ram guide are handled by supersonic frequency induction
hardening (HRC>40-45) while the sliding surface of guide is treated with sticking plastic (including inclined veneers and pressure plate). The precision of the product can be maintained for a long time and the cycle for big repair can be extended as long as more than 10 years.
2. Advanced and perfect processing and assembly process forge excellent quality.
3. The beam is made of high-strength and low-stress cast iron with sufficient rigidity and strength to ensure the accuracy of the machine. The contact surface of the beam and the column rail is adhered with a PTFE wear-resistant rail soft belt, which has a small friction coefficient and greatly prolongs the service life of the 1200mm vertical lathe.
Advantage:
Our company adopts the international advanced resin sand casting process. The castings of CNC Vertical Lathe Machine are made of HT300 and HT250 and then tempered twice. The castings are tempered once before processing. The castings are subjected to secondary tempering after rough machining. The tempering is tempered to the greatest extent in the tempering kiln. Reduce the internal stress of the casting, and perform vibration aging before finishing to prevent the casting from deforming, thereby improving the accuracy of the machine tool.
