Feature of C series Conventional Vertical Lathe
1. The worktable adopts a dynamic pressure guide rail, and its spindle is equipped with two double-row short cylindrical roller bearings. The inner ring has a taper to adjust the radial clearance to ensure the axial and radial accuracy of the worktable.
2. The machine tool is in the form of a single column. The large parts of the column are made of high-strength, low-stress cast iron, which makes the Conventional Vertical Lathe has greater strength and higher rigidity. After secondary aging, stress is eliminated to ensure the accuracy of the machine tool for long-term maintenance and stability.
3. The vertical tool post is composed of a beam slide, a revolving slide and a ram. The sliding seat and the ram are made of high-strength low-stress cast iron, and a balance cylinder is installed on the tool post to balance the weight of the ram.
4. The feed is driven by a AC motor and quickly driven by another AC motor. The handle controls the shift fork to drive the gear to change speed; the electromagnetic clutch is used for braking and rapid switching. Regardless of the selection of rapid movement or feed direction, it can be operated on the button station.
5. The logic control of the main drive and the feed drive adopts an advanced programmable (PLC) controller; the electrical box has neat wiring, reasonable structure and strong heat dissipation; the electrical system is equipped with multiple protections such as undervoltage, overvoltage, and overload protection. Our company adopts the international advanced resin sand casting process. The castings of CNC Vertical Lathe Machine are made of HT300 and HT250 and then tempered twice. The castings are tempered once before processing. The castings are subjected to secondary tempering after rough machining. The tempering is tempered to the greatest extent in the tempering kiln. Reduce the internal stress of the casting, and perform vibration aging before finishing to prevent the casting from deforming, thereby improving the accuracy of the machine tool.
