Feature of Manual Vertical Turning Lathe
(1) The gantry consists of left and right columns and coupling beams. In the upper part of the gantry, there are left and right lifting boxes, which are driven by an AC motor. The girders and double screws are used to move the beams along the left and right column rails. The high-strength, low-stress cast iron materials of the left and right columns and coupling beams of the machine tool make the machine tool have greater strength and higher rigidity. After aging treatment, the stress is eliminated and the precision of the machine tool is ensured.
(2) Gear made of 40 Cr through High-frequency Quenching treatment, the Hardness reaches HRC40-45,gear grinder,Precision can reach level 6.Thereby reduce the vibration and noise of machine tools, improved efficiency and reliability.
Bed, as an overall structure, is made of high-strength, low-stress iron casting, adopt effective anti-vibration measures. Combination of bed and table base can improve the reliability of overall rigidity of machine tool substantially.
(3) Providing the stability and power required to deliver super-sized precision for detail-oriented industries like aerospace, electronics, and automotive, our double column machines deliver time and time again.
(4) The tool post is consist of left and right tool holders, which are respectively composed of a beam sliding seat, a ram, a reduction gear box and a balance cylinder assembly. Allow the ram to move in the range of -15 to +30. The knife holder ram has a hydraulic balance device to balance the weight of the ram and make the ram move smoothly.
