Feature of CK series 4 meter vertical lathe
1. The vertical lathe is of excellent performance, a wide range of technology, high productivity.
2. The CNC vertical lathe feed adopts AC servo motor and ball screw drive, and the crosshead straight tool holder is equipped with a closed cover, which increases the safety and pleasantness of the machine tool.
3. The main drive of the CNC Double Column Turning Lathes is driven by an AC motor, Controlled by SIEMENS or FANUC SYSTEM and the speed range of the table is realized through a 16-stage spindle speed change mechanism.
4. The gantry consists of left and right columns and coupling beams. In the upper part of the gantry, there are left and right lifting boxes, which are driven by an AC motor.
5. The beam is made of high-strength and low-stress cast iron with sufficient rigidity and strength to ensure the accuracy of the machine. The contact surface of the beam and the column rail is adhered with a PTFE wear-resistant rail soft belt
6. Platform on crossbeam, Block at the end of screw is used to adjust manually. Central controller and controller on platform can both operate the vertical lathe.
7. Each lubrication system of the whole machine is equipped with a separate lubrication station.
