Feature of CK series CNC Double Column Vertical Turning Lathe
1. The basic parts of this machine tool (left and right columns, beams, worktable and worktable base, etc.) are made of high-strength cast iron, resin sand technology, braised after casting, and aging treatment (artificial aging or vibration aging) after rough machining to ensure the accuracy of the machine tool. The casting quality is reliable without cracks, pores, shrinkage holes, and white mouth structure. The casting has a stable structure after simmering and aging treatment to ensure that the size remains unchanged during use.
2. Lubrication is strictly required of adjust steps of hydraulic principles to adjust the pressure of various pumping systems and flow, after repeated commissioning, all the hydraulic valves prepare caps positioning and lock dead.
3. The working table is inlaid with zinc-based alloy 2ZnAL10-5 wear-resistant guide rail plate, and pressure oil (2.0MPa) ~2.5 MPa) to improve the load-bearing capacity of the machine tool. The lubricating oil for the transmission gears and all bearings of the worktable is supplied by the hydraulic system.
4. The right tool post of the CNC double-column vertical lathe is a CNC tool post, which is controlled by the Siemens/FANUC CNC system. The right tool rest is composed of a beam slide, a tool rest slide, a ram, a balance cylinder and a high-precision ball screw assembly. The ram is a hard track, especially suitable for powerful cutting.
5. The inner ring has a tapered hole, and preload is used to ensure the rotation accuracy of the spindle. A high-precision flat spherical roller bearing is arranged on the upper part of the main shaft to control the axial transmission accuracy of the worktable. The base of the workbench is equipped with a static pressure guide, and each oil cavity is supplied by a high-precision constant-current multi-head pump, so that the workbench always maintains the rotation accuracy when working. Ensure that the workbench can also ensure processing accuracy even under the allowable bias.
Advantage:
Our company adopts the international advanced resin sand casting process. The castings are made of HT300 and HT250 and then tempered twice. The castings are tempered once before processing. The castings are subjected to secondary tempering after rough machining. The tempering is tempered to the greatest extent in the tempering kiln. Reduce the internal stress of the casting, and perform vibration aging before finishing to prevent the casting from deforming, thereby improving the accuracy of the machine tool.
