This series Two turret Vertical Lathe Machine adapted for motors, water turbines, aviation, mining machinery, metallurgy and general machinery industries are suitable for roughly and finely machining int. and ext. cylinders, tapers, surfaces and grooves, Main drives of this series machines are D.C. and A.C., and table adopts hydrotatic guideway.
Feature of Two turret Vertical Lathe
1. The rough surface of the workpiece shall not be directly placed on the worktable, and shall be supported by pad iron or screw top; it is strictly prohibited to use the worktable for other operations, such as hammering to correct the workpiece, welding the workpiece, etc.
2. When the workpiece is aligned, the table can only be inched to rotate and align at low speed, not at high speed.
3. When starting and stopping the worktable, the handle of the worktable can only be pulled by hand, and it is strictly forbidden to use pedals.
Advantage:
Our company adopts the international advanced resin sand casting process. The castings of CNC Vertical Lathe Machine are made of HT300 and HT250 and then tempered twice. The castings are tempered once before processing. The castings are subjected to secondary tempering after rough machining. The tempering is tempered to the greatest extent in the tempering kiln. Reduce the internal stress of the casting, and perform vibration aging before finishing to prevent the casting from deforming, thereby improving the accuracy of the machine tool.
