Application of CK series Large Vertical Turret Lathe Machine

This Double Column large Vertical Turret Lathe Machineis suitable for high-speed steel, cemented carbide and ceramic tools. It can rough and finish parts made of various ferrous metals, non-ferrous metals and some non-metallic materials. It can complete turning inner and outer cylindrical surfaces, inner and outer conical surfaces, end faces, and cutting Processes such as grooves, metric and inch threads and revolving surfaces.

Feature of CK series Large Vertical Turret Lathe

(1) The large parts such as the base, the workbench, the cross beam, and the ram adopt high-strength, good-grinding gray cast iron, which is tempered and fired to eliminate internal stress without deformation.

Bed rails, beams, rams and other guide rail surfaces are manually scraped and grounded, with good contact surfaces and high accuracy. The beam is hydraulically locked at two points, which consumes a large amount of knife and does not tremble.

(2) The Large Vertical Turret Lathe feed adopts AC servo motor and ball screw drive, and the crosshead straight tool holder is equipped with a closed cover, which increases the safety and pleasantness of the machine tool.

The main drive of the vertical car is driven by an AC motor, and the speed range of the table is realized through a 16-stage spindle speed change mechanism.

(3) The girders and double screws are used to move the beams along the left and right column rails. The high-strength, low-stress cast iron materials of the left and right columns and coupling beams of the machine tool make the machine tool have greater strength and higher rigidity. After aging treatment, the stress is eliminated and the precision of the machine tool is ensured.

(4)The beam is made of high-strength and low-stress cast iron with sufficient rigidity and strength to ensure the accuracy of the machine. The contact surface of the beam and the column rail is adhered with a PTFE wear-resistant rail soft belt, which has a small friction coefficient and greatly prolongs the service life.
