Features of Single Column Vertical Turret Lathe
1. Gearbox
Gear is made of 40 cr high quenching treatment, hardness reaches HRC40-45, tooth surface gear grinding, precision can be up to level 6, to reduce vibration and noise, improving the machining efficiency and reliability of the Single Column Vertical Turret Lathe
2. Feed System
Feed system (X axis and Z axis) is driven by 16NM ac servo motor. to achieve horizontal and vertical feed of tool post and fast movement by directly connected with the ball screw via flexible coupling.
3. Lathe Bed
Lathe bed adopts the whole structure, material adopts high strength and low stress cast iron material, with effective vibration reduction measures. Combining bed with table base greatly improves the reliability of the overall Single Column Vertical Turret Lathe rigidity.
4. Beam
The interface of beam and column guide rail has PTFE wear-resistant guide soft belt, has a small friction coefficient, greatly extend the service life of theSingle Column Vertical Turret Lathe.

6. Vertical Tool Post
The vertical tool post is made up by the beam slide, rotary slide, ram and other parts.
Vertical tool post can make horizontal movement on the beam and ram in vertical movement. X axis and Z axis are driven by Siemens or Chinese high-quality ac servo motor. The electrical motor is connected with the ball screw via the one-way precision diaphragm elastic coupling directly.
7. CNC System
The numerical control system is Siemens/FANUC, which can control the X axis and Z axis digitally and two axes linkage
