Structure of CNC Vertical Turret Lathes
1. This Vertical Turret Lathes is suitable for all kinds of industries. I can make rough and accurate turning of external cylindrical surface, circular conical surface, head face, grooving, severance,etc.
2. Working table adopts dydrostatic guideway. The spindle use NN30 (Grade D) bearing and able to turn precisely, with good carrying capacity.
3. Plastic coated guide ways are wearable. Centralized lubricating oil supplying is convenient. Raster dispaly which is produced by famous companies in China is used in standard accessories.
4. Castings of lathe are to use lost foam foundry (short for LFF) technique. Castings are wearable with good quality and dealt by aging.
5. The manual scraping method is adopted to ensure the accuracy of the guide rail surface, the appearance is beautiful, and it is easy to produce an oil film on the guide rail surface, which is beneficial to the lubrication of the guide rail and prevents the surface of the guide rail from being scratched.
6. Closed symmetrical frame; using high-strength low-stress cast iron, with sufficient rigidity and strength, to ensure the accuracy of the machine tool with long-term retention and stability.
Application:
This double column is mainly suitable for high-speed steel, hard alloy cutting tools, for the rough and fine machining of the inner and outer cylindrical, inner and outer conical surfaces, arc surfaces and complex curved surfaces of ferrous metals, non-ferrous metals and some non-metal parts. This product has the characteristics of high precision, high rigidity, long service life, good shock resistance and high reliability.
Advantage:
Our company adopts the international advanced resin sand casting process. The castings are made of HT300 and HT250 and then tempered twice. The castings are tempered once before processing. The castings are subjected to secondary tempering after rough machining. The tempering is tempered to the greatest extent in the tempering kiln. Reduce the internal stress of the casting, and perform vibration aging before finishing to prevent the casting from deforming, thereby improving the accuracy of the machine tool.
