Feature of CK series Vertical CNC Turning Lathe
1. The Vertical CNC Turning Lathe is designed and built in a compact form, with an extremely rigid thermo symmetrical structure, having the column mounted to the table base.
All these elements are assembled together in order to constitute a tough structure ensuring maximum stability and rigidity.
2. On the front part two horizontal sliding guides support the vertical ram saddle in its horizontal movement (through hydrostatic pockets).The distance between the superior and the inferior guide way is dimensioned to ensure the maximum cutting performances.
3. The different available configurations (different turning height, ram sections, machining accessories, measuring probes accessories) make the models AC to be the more flexible and useful to any need: starting from the most sophisticated precision in finishing operations to the most severe cutting conditions (forging rings).
4. The hydraulic device of the static pressure guideway oil of the worktable and the lubricating oil of the transmission parts is equipped with an oil temperature control device to ensure a small oil temperature rise and thermal deformation of the worktable.
6. The horizontal and vertical movements are driven by AC servo motors, which are driven by gears and lead screws to realize the horizontal and vertical movement of the tool post.
Inside the ram is a boring and milling spindle, which is driven by a Siemens AC spindle motor. The spindle rotates through gear reduction. The front end of the milling spindle is equipped with an BT50 taper hole for installing tools. It uses disc springs and hydraulic methods to tighten and loosen the tools.
