Feature of CK series VTL Machine
This series of double column VTL Machine are our company's absorption of contemporary advanced design and manufacturing technology, using finite element analysis and calculation and optimization design methods, implementing the latest national accuracy standards, equipped with advanced functional components at home and abroad, and achieving powerful cutting in structural performance. High-tech mechatronics machine tool with high dynamic and static rigidity, safe and reliable movement, long service life, and high processing efficiency.
This machine has 1 main shaft (turning main shaft), X, Z, and 2 feed axes. It is a two-axis linkage multifunctional, high-efficiency CNC double-column vertical lathe.
This machine tool is suitable for rough and fine machining of ferrous, non-ferrous metals and some non-metal parts with high-speed steel, cemented carbide and ceramic tools. It can perform turning processing of inner and outer cylindrical surfaces, inner and outer conical surfaces and grooves.
Feature
1. CK52 series China VTL Machine has the characteristics of high precision, high rigidity, high stability and high efficiency.
The finite element analysis method is introduced to design high efficiency, high rigidity, heavy cutting and other working conditions.
2. Symmetrical layout is reasonable to avoid thermal deformation, reasonable reinforcement and multiple tempering and aging treatment, ensure the long-term stability of precision.
3. The radial bearing of spindle adopts P4 class double-row roller bearing, and the axial bearing adopts P4 class large-size thrust bearing, which ensures high rotary accuracy and high bearing capacity at the same time.
4. Large diameter ball screw, X axis ball screw pretension, ensure high positioning accuracy and can compensate for thermal deformation.
5. The beam is placed in front of the column, and the rail of the beam is protected by a stainless steel metal shield. There are 4 hydraulic clamping points behind the beam. A horizontal feed box with a tool holder is installed at both ends of the beam, and an oil receiving groove is installed under the rail of the beam.
6. The spindle of the worktable is of short spindle structure, and the spindle is equipped with high-precision double row short cylindrical roller bearings to ensure the radial runout of the worktable.
