Feature

1. Beam

The beam is placed in front of the column, and the beam guide is protected by stainless steel metal cover. There are 4 hydraulic clamping points behind the beam. End with a blade of the beam is equipped with a blade shelf, and there is an oil groove under the beam guide.

2. Gantry frame

The Gantry frame is composed of left vertical column and, right vertical column, connecting beams, and worktable bases.

3. Worktable

The worktable is composed of the worktable, the worktable base, the main axis component and the transmission mechanism.

4. Vertical Tool post

This device is equipped with a tool post with a turning function

The horizontal and vertical motion of the blade frame are driven by the AC servo motor. The gear and the screw auxiliary transmission achieve the blade level and vertical motion. The blade rack horizontal movement and the vertical sliding pillow movement of the blade rack are sliding guide.

5. Hydraulic system

The hydraulic system of this machine is composed of the main transmission system, vertical tool hydraulic balance system, beam clamping and unclamping system, main transmission lubrication system.

6. CNC system configuration

Use Siemens 828D system. The two X and Z axis are driven by Siemens and the supporting unit of the servo motor.

7. Operation

The machine tool is set up to the floor -type manipulation table. The manipulating table is equipped with all the operation panels and machine tool operation keys on the manipulation platform. You can operate according to the processing parts programming, and you can also manually operate the action required.
