Feature of Big Vertical Lathe
1. Almost all components of Big Vertical Lathe come from Germany, Japan, America.
The spindle of the table adopts a short spindle structure. The spindle is equipped with a double-row radial short cylindrical roller bearing. The inner ring has a tapered hole.
2. The beam is placed in front of the column to allow the beam to move vertically on the column. There are 4 hydraulic clamping points behind the beam. The clamping mechanism is interlocked with the beam lifting motor and lubrication. It is controlled by the beam lifting button to ensure the working stability of the beam.
3. The Large vertical lathes are able to bring turn-key solutions for complex VTL applications across a challenging range of industrial applications.
