1. Advance modular Design based on FEM. Integrated mechanical, electrical and hydraulic techniques, Guarantee excellent machining performance.
2. High grade casting from own foundry. Good heat treatment process. Hardened guideway(above HRC45). Perfect long lifetime and stable accuracy.
3. CNC control made by SIEMENS/FANUC. Fine layout and cabling in cabinet. special careful selected components for super reliability.
4. Stepless speeds change by motor, easily, sensitively and reliably.
5. Fine grounded gears in the gearbox to ensure high precision, low noise and steady.
6. Versatile accessories and good service. Just start production immediately after got it.
7. The working table is made of iron casting, it is a symmetrical geometry which ensure the working table move smoothly within rated speed.
8. The hydraulic system includes: hydraulic station, hydraulic system, worktable static pressure system, main drive transmission system, beam clamping hydraulic system, vertical tool rest ram hydraulic balance system.
9. This the vertical lathe is equipped with a suspension control station. The control table is equipped with all the operation keys of the the vertical lathe. To facilitate the operation of the operator, the tool post is equipped with a portable handheld operation unit.
