Advantage:
Our company adopts the international advanced resin sand casting process. The castings are made of HT300 and HT250 and then tempered twice. The castings are tempered once before processing. The castings are subjected to secondary tempering after rough machining. The tempering is tempered to the greatest extent in the tempering kiln. Reduce the internal stress of the casting, and perform vibration aging before finishing to prevent the casting from deforming, thereby improving the accuracy of the machine tool.

• 1st day: Inspection cable connection,the finished foundation is qualified guide customer know each components name and functions as well.
Demo and teach user do calibration and use customer workpieces to machine.
• 2nd day: Review all operation step and learn each parts maintenance method.
Warranty period is 14 month from date of B/L
In the warranty period
If some parts need to be replaced due to the quality of product, the company is responsible for free replacement, if it is not due to product quality of the Vertical Lathe or need company send a technician to fix the Vertical Lathe, the appropriate fees should be collected.
