Feature

1. Casting

The casting of Dalian Single Column CNC Vertical Lathe is made of HT250-300 material, and there is no residual resin sand on the surface of the casting after smother, tempering and aging treatment, which shows that we strictly adhere to each core process and ensure the strength, rigidity,precision, stability and durability of the Dalian CNC Vertical Lathe.

2. Smouldering fire:

After casting, we will place the workpiece in the furnace and keep it at a high temperature for a long period of time and then it will naturally drop to room temperature as the furnace heats up and then go to the next process.

3. Tempering :
After rough machining, the castings need to be further relieved by tempering in a high temperature furnace, which will cost most of the cost and time for Dalian CNC Vertical Lathe.

4. Lubrication

1)Ensure lubrication of all moving surfaces
2)Set a fixed time to provide lubrication, lubrication duration, and lubrication intervals as you want
3)With each lubrication point one-way valve, to ensure the lubrication pump in the clearance stop state, hydraulic oil does not lose

5.Beam hydraulic lock
Lock up after reaching the predetermined position to ensure that the beam is firm and stable

6. Electrical System

7. Beam stainless steel shield:

The tool post is a manual five-position tool post, It can be equpped with four position and six position ATC, which is selected from Yantai Universal Brand and belongs to the best tool post supplier in China.

Our company adopts the international advanced resin sand casting process. The castings are made of HT300 and HT250 and then tempered twice.
