1 CK Single Column Vertical Turning Lathe Machine is an advanced equipment with high performance, wide working processing scope, and high production efficiency. They are used for mechanical processing such as rough and finishing machining inside and outside the cylinder, inner and outer conical surface, head face, grooving, arc surface, and all kinds of curvilinear surfaces, thread, etc.
2. The base, worktable. lathe body and beam are made of ferrosteel with high strength and high abrasive resistance, tempering treatment, eliminates internal stress and deformation.
3. A well-known Guideway Grinder guarantees a smooth and very straight guideway.
4. CNC system and servo motor is SIEMENS, FUNAC
5. The hydraulic device of the static pressure guideway oil of the worktable and the lubricating oil of the transmission parts is equipped with an oil temperature control device to ensure a small oil temperature rise and thermal deformation of the worktable.
The worktable is equipped with an encoder to realize closed-loop control. Realize the feed rate per revolution, thread, and constant speed cutting and table indexing.
6. This machine is equipped with a floor-standing console, which is equipped with a FANUC operation panel and all operation keys of the machine. It can be operated according to the programming of the machining parts, and the required actions can also be manually operated.
