1. CNC Vertical Metal Lathe Machine offer smooth running, superior speed control and maximum reliability in a cost effective solution.
2. CNC Vertical Metal Lathe Machine utilizes the latest technologies to ensure high performance and meet the ever increasing demand for greater productivity, considering at all time the need for versatility, easy maintenance, and economical production cost.
3. The beam is made of high-strength and low-stress cast iron with sufficient rigidity and strength to ensure the accuracy of the machine.
4. The structure of whole working table is hot symmetrical, main gear shifting mechanism was fixed on the base of working table and the bed of lathe.
5. Ring shaped base guideway, the flatness of base guideway and table guideway is ensured by manual match scraping. To reduce the impact of table thermal deformation to machining accuracy, thermal symmetrical structure is adopted to achieve less thermal deformation and ensure stable table running.
6. Machine electrical control system consists of: CNC system, machine control, machine auxiliary part control, control cabinet and machine operation control. Whole machine adopts 3 phase concentrated power supply. Good PE protection earth line is required.
