A strong turning of Structure Performance has been achieved.
The spindle of the worktable is of short spindle structure, and the spindle is equipped with high-precision double row short cylindrical roller bearings to ensure the radial runout of the worktable. The guide rail of the worktable adopts a constant flow static pressure guide rail, and the oil is supplied by a gear pump that adapts to changes in speed.
The oil pump motor adopts an AC variable frequency motor to adapt to the flow required by different workpiece weights. The required pressure is reduced by a high-precision equal flow gear oil separator. Oil is injected into the oil cavity to achieve better oil film thickness and end face accuracy of the worktable under the conditions of different workpiece weights on the worktable. Make the hydrostatic guide rail have a higher oil film stiffness and a smaller end.
Advantage:
Our company adopts the international advanced resin sand casting process. The castings are made of HT300 and HT250 and then tempered twice. The castings are tempered once before processing. The castings are subjected to secondary tempering after rough machining. The tempering is tempered to the greatest extent in the tempering kiln. Reduce the internal stress of the casting, and perform vibration aging before finishing to prevent the casting from deforming, thereby improving the accuracy of the machine tool.

1st day: inspection cable connection,the finished foundation is qualified guide customer know each components name and functions as well
2nd day: demo and teach user do calibration(vetical+honrizontal+Mathematical+ Physical mode) use customer workpieces do dynamic balance See the buyer operating the machine separately
3rd day: review all operation step and learn each parts maintenance method.

1. Before delivery :Special QC department check carefully ensure all is qualified with high quality
2. Through see customer actual photos or short video, using discussed group or email or video meeting or phone call give solutions immediately
3. Use remote monitor to inspection
4. Dispatch engineer go to customer workshops onsite
Maintenance
1. During the warranty: free replace the Damaged or broke part by non-human causes
2. Over warranty :just pay components cost price, we have safety stock for all parts
