Introduction

2. The tool post of Metal Turning Vertical Lathe is consist of left and right tool holders, which are respectively composed of a beam sliding seat, a ram, a reduction gear box and a balance cylinder assembly. Allow the left ram to move in the range of -15 to +30. The tool holder ram has a hydraulic balance device to balance the weight of the ram and make the ram move smoothly.
3. The worktable and the worktable base are made of high-strength cast iron, and the gear ring is made of cast steel and quenched and tempered. The design is computer-optimized design and adopts a thermally symmetrical radial rib structure to ensure that the large parts of the main transmission part such as the worktable and the worktable base can maintain long-term stable operation.
4. The Metal Turning Vertical Lathe hydraulic station includes a worktable static pressure system, a main drive speed changing system, a beam clamping system, a vertical tool holder ram hydraulic balancing system, and an oil temperature cooling system. Oil of the static pressure system of the worktable is supplied by the variable pump. The static pressure oil is distributed to each oil pool by the multi-head pump.
