Introduction
This Double Column CNC Vertical Turret Lathe is suitable for high speed steel and hardware alloy cutting tools, for the cylinder, cone surface, end surface and grooving of ferrous metal, non-ferrous metal and some non-metallic parts.In the rough machining of the machine, the one-timeprocessing quantity of castings, steel castings, no. 45 steel and other materials shall not be less than 4mm.
Advantage:
Our company adopts the international advanced resin sand casting process. The castings are made of HT300 and HT250 and then tempered twice. The castings are tempered once before processing. The castings are subjected to secondary tempering after rough machining. The tempering is tempered to the greatest extent in the tempering kiln. Reduce the internal stress of the casting, and perform vibration aging before finishing to prevent the casting from deforming, thereby improving the accuracy of the machine tool.
