Introduction of CNC Big Bore Lathe
The CNC Big Bore Lathe is developed for the oil field pipe thread turning and it is suitable for all types of pipe threads turning. The machine also can be used as general CNC lathes to machining complex shapes,like shaft sleeve, disc-type parts.
Application of CNC Big Bore Lathe
1. Precision horizontal heavy duty lathes for large turning diameters.
2. One-piece-bed, the features of higher accuracy, higher rigidity and more stability.
3. Heavy duty lathes with 705-1100mm width bed can load capacity to 5-10T.
4. Removable bridge for processing of workpiece large in diameter.
5. Complete with rapid feed and automatic feed for longitudinal and cross travel of apron.
6. Spindle, gears and guideways are hardened and ground for long service time of CNC Big Bore Lathe.
7. Heavy duty lathes with three support spindle structure.
8. Heavy-duty tailstock for getting heavy loading weight.
9. Oil lubrication by integrated pump for spindle box and feed box.
