Feature of Belt Drive Balancing Machine:

8. Special Designed Brackets

Less vibration damping, the transfer of mechanical force is more smooth

The swing frame casted with QT450, high integral rigidity, the mating surface with grinding process;

Roller material GCr15, after high frequency quenching, the hardness achieved above HRC55, surface

grinding to a radian, realization of contact with the workpiece width line, the final grinding and

demagnetization;

Roller bearing using NF special custom P5 class C1 group precision small oil gap clearance, to ensure

that the roller wear resistance, greatly improves the precision and service life of the use of the roller.

9. Whole Cast Machine Bed

Ensure the material,higher rigidity,running more stable.

After guideway of the bed rough finish machining by double housing planer,then regrind processing,this guarantees that the flatness, parallelism precision of rail surface.

It can customize according to users requirements.

  • 1. Machine match with English version manual instruction & operation CD (easy to learn )

  • 2. Provide online support, like whatsapp,video conference & phone call (guide step by step)

Training
  • 1. Training in workshops (for free)

  • 2. Training in buyers company (for charge,normally two or three days needed )

  • 1st day: inspection cable connection,the finished foundation is qualified guide customer know each components name and functions as well

  • 2nd day: demo and teach user do calibration(vetical+honrizontal+Mathematical+ Physical mode) use customer workpieces do dynamic balance See the buyer operating the machine separately

  • 3rd day: review all operation step and learn each parts maintenance method.

Troubleshooting
  • 1. Before delivery :Special QC department check carefully ensure all is qualified with high quality

  • 2. Through see customer actual photos or short video, using discussed group or email or video meeting or phone call give solutions immediately

  • 3. Use remote monitor to inspection

  • 4. Dispatch engineer go to customer workshops onsite
