(1) Bed

  The bed is an integral box structure, using high standard cast iron (HT300) one-time molding casting, after the second aging treatment, good stability; guide rail width (600mm), good rigidity, vibration resistance; guide rail surface by the mid-frequency quenching, and by the imported guide rail grinder for precision grinding, to ensure a long service life, high precision and good maintainability.

(2) Headstock

1. The box structure is rigid and can adapt to heavy cutting processing.

2. The gears are quenched by high-frequency hardening and precision grinding, with high precision, stable operation and low noise.

3. The spindle diameter is large, supported by precision heavy-duty bearings for three-point support, stable rotation, both heavy cutting and fine turning.

4. The automatic forced circulation lubrication makes the transmission system operate flexibly and can effectively reduce temperature.

5. The automatic sectional speed change is controlled by M code, and the automatic stepless speed change within the section is controlled by S code selection, which can realize stepless speed change and constant line speed cutting.

(3) Feed

1. Each sliding guideway is covered with TSF soft tape, which greatly reduces the coefficient of friction and improves the servo response performance.

2. X- and Z-direction adopts precision grinding grade ball screws, which ensures high processing accuracy, positioning accuracy and accuracy retention.

3. Each motion is automatically lubricated by a centralized intermittent lubrication system.

4. Longitudinal (Z direction) feeding: the machine below 3m is driven by the AC servo motor directly through the coupling to feed the screw, while the machine above 3m is driven by the AC servo motor mounted on the left side of the feeding box through the high-precision planetary reducer to feed the screw.

5. Transverse (X-direction) feeding: the AC servo motor mounted at the back of the bed saddle is directly connected to the transverse ball screw through the coupling; the machine has high positioning accuracy and repeatable positioning accuracy.

(4) ATC turret

1. Motorized tool holder, no lifting, fast and convenient tool change.
