Introduction of CNC High Precision Vertical Turning Lathe
1. The series CNC single column vertical lathe is designed by absorbing modern advanced design and manufacturing techniques and using CAD optimization design method, using the latest design concept and equipping with domestic and foreign advanced features.
2. Realize strong cutting on the structure performance, the worktable overweight load, machine high dynamic and static stiffness, all movement safety and stability, long service life and high processing efficiency.
3. The machine is suitable for high speed steel and carbide cutting tools, processing workpieces of all ferrous and non-ferrous metals and some nonmetal materials.
4. The machine can complete the process of rough and finish turning inside and outside cylinder, inside and outside cone surface, plane surface, the circular arc surface and grooving.
Feature of CNC High Precision Vertical Turning Lathe
1.CK51 CNC High Precision Vertical Turning Lathe is suitable for all sectors of the machining, it can be used for the outer cylinder, round-dimensionalsurface, end, grooving and cutting of rough and fine turning.
2. The vertical beam and ram guideways super audio quenching treatment (HRC≥50), rail sliding surface laminating process(including the swash plate surface and the Iron cover), precision products to maintain lasting, extending at least overhaul period more than 10 years.
3. Siemens, FANUC, GSK CNC system for option, electrical parts are made of ultra-high-quality components, specifications (CE standard) wiring technology, electrical machine with ultra-high reliability.
4. Guideway sliding surface plastic coated treatment to improve wear resistance. Vertical lathe rail lubrication oil centralized, very convenient.
5. Precision grinding gears and spiral bevel gear grinding (6 precision), low noise, stable and reliable operation at high speed.
6. Optional: rolling workbench, Germany Mecano button station, raised bed, lengthen ram, square ram like.
7. All the castings used in all HT300, tempering treatment and once after a vibration aging treatment to eliminate stress, to ensure accuracy of
machine tools; execution JB / T4116-96 vertical lathe accuracy test standard, JB / 3665-96 vertical lathe Technical conditions.
8. CNC system
The CNC system uses Siemens 808D with USB interface. It can realize X.Z axis digital control and two-axis linkage.
9. Whole machine adopts 3 phase concentrated power supply. Good PE protection earth line is required.
10. Hydraulic system and automatic lubricating system components use superior-quality product with domestic permit or collaborative product, quality is reliable.
Advantage:
Our company adopts the international advanced resin sand casting process. The castings are made of HT300 and HT250 and then tempered twice. The castings are tempered once before processing. The castings are subjected to secondary tempering after rough machining. The tempering is tempered to the greatest extent in the tempering kiln. Reduce the internal stress of the casting, and perform vibration aging before finishing to prevent the casting from deforming, thereby improving the accuracy of the machine tool.
