1, This series Double Turret Vertical Lathe is suitable for internal and external turning ,internal and external tapering, facing, slotting, thread, surface turning.
2, Spindle speed changing unit, to make work table realize stepless speed regulation.
3, Work table spindle adopts short spindle and constant flow hydrostatic guide way, keep high centering accuracy, high rotating accuracy, big loading capacity and small deformation.
4. The bed is an integral structure, the material is made of high-strength low-stress cast iron, and effective vibration reduction measures are adopted. The bed is combined with the base of the worktable, which greatly improves the reliability of the overall rigidity of the machine tool.
5. The worktable is equipped with a locking device to facilitate milling; the worktable has the functions of arbitrary indexing and exact stop. The work surface is designed according to the standard T-slot and equipped with four sets of standard jaws.
6. The contact surface of the beam and the column guide rail is glued with PTFE wear-resistant guide rail soft belt, which has a small friction coefficient, which greatly extends the service life of the machine tool. The beam can move along the Z axis on the column guide rail. The use of lead screw for lifting has the advantages of stable transmission, low friction, low noise and high reliability. The horizontal rail (X axis) of the beam is equipped with a telescopic protective cover. The beam is clamped by lever mechanism, which is safe and reliable.
7. The beam is placed in front of the column driven by a double-shaft extension AC motor, and driven by gears, worm gears, and lead screws to make the beam move vertically on the column
The beam guideway protection by stainless steel metal, with 4 hydraulic clamping point behind the cross beam. A steel nut part is installed at the lower part of the lifting nut, which is used to support the weight of the beam after the nut T-shaped thread fails, which ensure machine safety protection.

Our company adopts the international advanced resin sand casting process. The castings of CNC Vertical Lathe Machine are made of HT300 and HT250 and then tempered twice. The castings are tempered once before processing. The castings are subjected to secondary tempering after rough machining. The tempering is tempered to the greatest extent in the tempering kiln. Reduce the internal stress of the casting, and perform vibration aging before finishing to prevent the casting from deforming, thereby improving the accuracy of the machine tool.
