Main purpose

1. Gearbox
Gear is made of 40 cr high quenching treatment, hardness reaches HRC40-45
2. Feed System
Feed system (X axis and Z axis) is driven by AC servo motor
3. Lathe Bed
The column is a thermally symmetrical structure enclosed by an integral cross-rib plate. The material is made of high-strength and low-stress cast iron, and effective vibration damping measures are adopted.
4. Beam
The machine tool adopts a fixed beam structure, and the beam part consists of a beam and a horizontal feed transmission mechanism for the tool rest.
5. Working Table
The base of the worktable is fixed on the foundation, the column is fixed on the base of the worktable, and the worktable and the base of the worktable are made of high-strength and low-stress cast iron. 6. Vertical Tool Post

8. Hydraulic system

9. Main transmission structure
The main drive is driven by high-power AC servo spindle motor, and the 9-unit V-shaped V-belt drives the main shaft of the worktable, so that the worktable can obtain the corresponding speed range for powerful cutting.
10. Operate
This lathe is equipped with a set of independent button station, and all operation keys of the machine tool are installed on the button station. Our company adopts the international advanced resin sand casting process. The castings of CNC Vertical Lathe Machine are made of HT300 and HT250 and then tempered twice. The castings are tempered once before processing. The castings are subjected to secondary tempering after rough machining. The tempering is tempered to the greatest extent in the tempering kiln.
