1. Overall layout
The CNC Vertical Lathe Machine is mainly composed of a workbench, a workbench base, a column, a beam, and a vertical tool post.
The basic parts of this Vertical Lathe Machine are made of high-strength cast iron, resin sand technology, simmering after casting, and strict aging treatment (artificial aging and vibration aging) after rough machining. The casting quality is reliable without cracks, pores, shrinkage holes and white mouth structure. The casting has a stable structure after simmering and aging treatment, which ensures the chemical composition, rigidity and stability of the material.
2. Worktable
The working table is composed of a working table, a working table base, a main shaft part and a transmission mechanism, and the working table and the working table base are integrally cast and processed. The rail surface of the worktable is inlaid with Babbitt alloy rail plates, and pressure oil is injected between the rails to form a dynamic pressure rail. Therefore, the worktable has a large bearing capacity and high rotation accuracy.
3. Spindle
There are two double-row short cylindrical roller bearings to ensure rotation accuracy and rigidity, and it is also conducive to accuracy adjustment. The main shaft is made of forged steel and has undergone strict quenching and tempering treatment and flaw detection inspection to ensure the stability of high torque transmission.
4. Beam
The beam moves up and down on the column. The beam is composed of a feed transmission mechanism of the tool post, a clamping mechanism of the beam and a hydraulic device. A set of automatic lubricating oil pump is installed on the beam to lubricate the guide rail surface as required. The guide rail is equipped with a protective cover
