Feature of Single Column Vertical CNC Metal Lathe Machine
1. Single Column Vertical CNC Lathe is widely used to turn internal/external cylindrical surfaces, taper surfaces, slots, and chamfers, etc., especially suitable for mass productions of hubs, disc workpieces, etc.;
2. Vertical guideways, columns, machine base sliding carriage, etc. are made of high-grade and high-strength gray cast iron through resin sand casting, ensuring very high rigidity for this vertical lathe;
3. All the guideways on the vertical column and the sliding carriage etc. have been hardened with high-frequency quenching and precision ground to ensure high accuracy in the long-term operations of this vertical lathe;
4. Single Column Vertical CNC Lathe spindle runs at variable speeds driven by a variable-frequency motor of 15KW, making the machine perform heavy cutting and semi-finish and finish machining;
5. Both vertical and horizontal feedings are automatically performed with servo motors and protection devices are furnished in both directions (vertical and horizontal). Counterweight devices in the vertical direction greatly extend the life span of the ball screws.
6. Special-purposed lead screw bearings are equipped to support the ends of ball screws in both horizontal and vertical directions to guarantee the turning precision of this vertical lathe;
7. Electrical lubrication pump offers periodical lubrication on all the ball screws and guideways, greatly extending their life spans;
8. A manual tool holder or 4 position electrical NC turret can equipped on this vertical lathe to make the operations convenient and greatly increase proficiency;
9. Special-purposed tooling such as the hydraulic power chucks, special chuck jaws, etc. can be provided on the customer's request.
10. The machine electrical control system consists of a CNC system, machine control, machine auxiliary part control, control cabinet, and machine operation control. The whole machine adopts a 3 3-phase concentrated power supply. Good PE protection earth line is required.

Training
1. Training in Manufacturer workshops (for free)
2. Training in buyers company (for charge,normally two or three days needed )
1st day: inspection cable connection,the finished foundation is qualified guide customer know each components name and functions as well
2nd day: demo and teach user do calibration(vetical+honrizontal+Mathematical+ Physical mode) use customer workpieces do dynamic balance See the buyer operating the machine separately
3rd day: review all operation step and learn each parts maintenance method.
Troubleshooting
1. Before delivery :Special QC department check carefully ensure all is qualified with high quality
2. Through see customer actual photos or short video, using discussed group or email or video meeting or phone call give solutions immediately
3. Use remote monitor to inspection
4. Dispatch engineer go to customer workshops onsite.
