Introduction of CK series Dalian Vertical CNC Lathe
1.The Machine is mostly used to process middle-diameter tire mould and flanges, various valves and pipelines, pressure vessels, screw propeller, steamer machine accessories , plastic mould, shafts and other work-piece .
2. Headstock takes symmetrical structure to make thermal deformation be even, avoiding the spindle center generates offsets.
3. Gears in headstock and guide way are processed by quenching to ensure accurate transmission and high rigidity.
4. CNC Vertical Turret Turning Lathe casting has passed through strict artificially aged and vibration aging in order to make sure the rigidity and stability of lathe.
5. It is consist of the beam, working platforms, lifting beams, hydraulic equipment and cabinet and other components.
6. The CNC Vertical Turret Turning Lathe main drive gear transmission adopts ten six levels of transmission, after hydraulic solenoid valve drive oil cylinder, realize 16 speed.
7. CNC Vertical Turret Turning Latheuses electrical control components are installed in the power distribution cabinet, all the operating elements centrally mounted on the hanging CNC controller.
8. The crossbeam is made of high-strength low-stress cast iron, and after secondary aging, the stress is eliminated, and it has sufficient rigidity and strength to ensure the accuracy of the the vertical lathe with long-term maintenance and stability.
9. The worktable part is composed of worktable, worktable base, spindle assembly, transmission mechanism, etc. The worktable and the base of the worktable are of integral casting structure, using high-strength low-stress cast iron, which has sufficient rigidity, strength and thermal stability.
